Just a letter of appreciation for the great work you guys performed on my lanai. It was not an easy job figuring the color of the lanai prior to the faux finishing. I found you and your staff to be the most professional. They were clean, neat, organized and took great pride in their work, which is something not always found in today's day and age. I personally did not have any problems or concerns regarding the job you performed, but I know if I did, you guys would be there to repair/fix it. Is your new Lanai surface easy to clean up?
Oh my God, yes! You never see the dirt. Marty can just hose it off to clean it. It is so easy to clean, and sweeps up a lot easier. We used to have to power wash our lanai to clean it. You don't see the dirt anymore, that's the nice thing. We love it!

The lanai is not as hot as it used to be and doesn't give off a glare. It looks nice, an extension of our house. We are very happy with it!

We love it! Our old pool deck was very porous. My mother was always sweeping and cleaning it. Now, we don't notice the dirt. We can just hose it off.

The lanai shows less glare and is not as hot. Our saltwater pool doesn't have a saline crust on the lanai around the pool area now.
